15 CE Hours Complete Course of Ayurveda with Floracopeia 2014

12 CE hours Maternity Massage Specialist Training with Rebecca Overson 2023

18 CE hours Various Study Via ABMP as a certified member 2020-2023

This is a to date total : 933 hours

California Minimum is 500 hours to be able to become a LMT.

Plus I've had additional training in Western Herbalism by Rosemary Gladstar in 2014

I've worked as a Professional Herbalist at Fremont Natural Healing Foods, Humboldt Herbals, and was lead Herbalist for a year at Eureka Community Herbal Self Care Clinic . 2012 to 2021.

Additionally to that, I have taken self improvement classes at Esalen and I have led Goddess Circles for the last 10 years.

I have taught classes on Holistic Healing at various events like the Womens Herbal Symposium and even traveled to Glastonbury, England to lead a Mindful Movement Offering at the Glastonbury Goddess Conference .
